Reception / Bookings

Our reception desk is open everyday from 9am till yearly afternoon. After that we work remotely.

Check-in outside those hours is of course possible. Please provide an approximate time of arrival upon reservation.

Our Rooms

Our 19 rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd and the 4th floor without a working elevator. All rooms are spacious and completely private ( no dormitories ). There are rooms with a private bathroom as well as with shared one (one bathroom for two rooms).

Group Accommodation

Our place is perfect for groups. We have over 80 separate beds in spacious and comfortable rooms. We are located in the very center of Krakow just 3 minutes walk from the Main Square.

' Making tea '

We do not have a shared kitchen area. All rooms are equipped with an electric kettle and all basic kitchen stuff required for preparing hot drinks and simple, cold meal. Most of rooms with private bathroom have a fridge inside. If not there is always one available just outside the door in a common space. Microwave oven available.

Wireless internet is available in all rooms. We do not have TVs.

Family Friendly

Trzy Kafki is a family run business and we very much prefer to accommodate families (over parties…). We offer discounts for kids.

Parking

Generally the best option to park your car is just to leave it on the street. It is safe. Pay zone works from Mon till Sat from 10am till 8pm and costs 6zl/h. There are parking lots available but are more expensive. If you are willing to commute or take a longer stroll we can direct you to an area not covered by the zone where you can pay without any charges.

Luggage Storage

It is possible to store your luggage at our reception desk between 9am and 1pm. No charge.

Sometimes it may be possible to leave things for longer. Please ask our staff.

There are also other safe and cheap storage options which we can recommend.

We can accommodate a large number of guests in very spacious and comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price. We have over 24 years of experience and we can guess what you need before you know it! “Perfect spot” for groups is a term often used by our regular customers. Some of them have been staying with us every year since 2005.
